Job Description
AtDrive is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to own the manual testing process end-to-end, establish quality standards, and ensure high-quality releases across web and mobile applications with minimal production defects. The role involves leading QA initiatives across multiple projects and mentoring team members in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the QA process end-to-end and establish quality standards
- Perform functional, regression, and UI testing on web and mobile applications
- Lead QA initiatives across multiple projects
- Mentor and guide team members
- Ensure high-quality releases with minimal production defects
- Collaborate within Agile teams using JIRA and TestRail
- Support API testing and SQL-based data validation as needed
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Strong expertise in Functional, Regression & UI Testing
- Experience testing Web & Mobile applications
- Good understanding of Agile, JIRA & TestRail
- Exposure to API Testing, SQL, or AI-powered applications preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
