Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern application development, data engineering, and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the Sustainability/ESG domain and will contribute to designing scalable enterprise systems leveraging Snowflake, Python, and cloud platforms. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in San Jose, CA, open to H1B visa holders.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable data pipelines and integration workflows using Snowflake
Build and optimize ETL/ELT solutions using Snowpark and Python
Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and logging frameworks
Automate data loads, warehouse refreshes, and transformation processes
Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments

Requirements

8+ years of Java Full Stack Development experience
Strong experience with Python development and automation
Hands-on experience in React and UI screen development
Experience with Snowflake including data modeling and scalable data pipelines
Strong SQL & PL/SQL expertise with complex queries, scripts, and stored procedures
Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using Python and Snowpark
Working knowledge of Oracle Database and enterprise database concepts
Experience with Informatica and job orchestration/scheduling tools
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience working in Agile engineering environments
Strong knowledge of data quality, error handling, logging, and workflow automation
Hands-on experience in Sustainability/ESG domain with understanding of ISSB, CSRD, and ESG Reporting Frameworks
