Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications following standard processes and quality guidelines
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Analyze system requirements and apply architectural and design principles
• Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards
• Follow coding, build, and deployment best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results efficiently
• Support Agile processes and contribute to SCRUM ceremonies
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
• Participate in special projects as needed

Requirements

• 13+ years of overall IT experience (8+ years minimum in software development including design, development, testing, and deployment)
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework (4.5+), and .NET Core/.NET 5+
• Strong T-SQL and SQL development skills
• Experience with REST APIs and Entity Framework
• Experience with HTML5 and modern web standards
• Familiarity with JavaScript tooling such as npm
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (required)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with version control, unit testing, and CI/CD tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and ability to design enterprise-wide solutions
• Mortgage domain experience is a plus
