As an Azure Full Stack Engineer - Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, driving the design and implementation of cutting-edge applications that meet client needs. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor teams, leveraging your strategic planning skills and business acumen to deliver exceptional client service. You will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts, fostering meaningful relationships, and navigating complex challenges with integrity and authenticity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful software solutions. You will be responsible for strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and confirming project success. Responsibilities - Leading the development and implementation of Azure-based full stack solutions to meet client needs - Managing and mentoring teams in software engineering practices, including coding standards and code review - Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET to design and develop scalable applications - Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and microservices to enhance system functionality - Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software deployment - Conducting quality assurance testing and debugging to maintain software reliability and performance - Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for software projects - Developing and maintaining application lifecycle management processes to support ongoing software improvements - Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies within the team - Confirming compliance with software development methodologies and industry standards What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering - Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) - Utilizing API Management and Microservices for seamless integration - Excelling in Application Development with a focus on C#.NET and Java - Leading teams in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments - Managing complex Software Project Planning and Execution - Embracing change and innovation in Platform Engineering & Architecture **Travel Requirements** Not Specified **Job Posting End Date**
