Our partner is looking for a Backend Developer based in Brazil.** This is a remote, project-based backend engineering role focused on building and evaluating high-quality software engineering tasks for advanced AI systems. You will work on realistic, production-level scenarios involving backend development, debugging, refactoring, and test creation across complex codebases. The role requires strong technical depth and the ability to think both as a builder and a reviewer, ensuring correctness, clarity, and robustness of engineering outputs. You will contribute to shaping datasets and evaluations that directly improve AI coding capabilities at scale.
