Job Description:  Position Overview: We're seeking a talented Backend Developer with 2-3 years of experience and expertise in PHP to join our growing team. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our cutting-edge mental health platform. You'll work closely with fellow team members and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services and APIs using PHP and related technologies. - Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate frontend components with backend services and ensure seamless user experiences. - Work closely with the team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans. - Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. - Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. - Identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities in the backend infrastructure. - Implement automated tests and participate in testing activities to ensure the reliability and stability of the platform. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in backend development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
