Job Description

Bajaj Finserv is urgently hiring a Sales Manager for its Salaried Personal Loan product at its Mumbai location. We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong experience in personal loan sales who can deliver business growth by driving both call centre and self-sourced business. The role requires close coordination with Credit and Operations teams and the ability to design and implement strategies to achieve higher business volumes. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure productivity and performance of the location
Drive business growth from call centre and self-sourcing business channels
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for seamless sanctioning and disbursement
Design and implement strategies to achieve higher business volumes

Requirements

3-4 years of relevant sales experience
Graduate and above qualification
Strong experience in personal loan or financial services sales
Currently residing and working in Mumbai
Ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets
Age up to 27 years
Immediate joiner preferred
