This program is designed for students and recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation in risk, operations, and blockchain technology. ### Accountabilities: The Risk Operations Specialist will support operational monitoring, investigation, and reporting activities to help identify and mitigate account risks. Key responsibilities include: - Support reporting activities and monitor key metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across products and operational areas. - Review assigned account cases to assess account legitimacy, user identity, risk levels, and determine appropriate restriction or dismissal actions. - Investigate account activity to identify abnormal patterns and potential suspicious transactions. - Monitor risk cases and reports to detect trends, escalating relevant insights to management teams. - Contact account holders when necessary to verify activity and reduce potential losses. - Support ongoing improvements to risk monitoring processes and operational workflows. - Manage multiple queues and tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. - Use data analysis and operational tools to support risk decisions and investigations. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a motivated student or recent graduate with strong analytical skills and an interest in risk operations, data, and emerging technologies.
