Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) into production-ready applications
• Build and optimize AI pipelines and workflows
• Research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques and frameworks
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI features
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve agent performance and reliability

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in AI/ML development or AI agent engineering
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI)
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn continuously
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team
