As our Brand Designer, you’ll join a multidisciplinary department working at the intersection of branding, design, and strategy. You’ll support in shaping identities, crafting visuals that communicate big ideas, and translating concepts into a design that moves — across digital, print, and everything in between. You’ll be part of real projects from day one. Whether it’s contributing to building identities, and brand books, designing pitch decks, or creating assets that bring narratives to life, you will learn how to make design not just look good, but feel right and true to their strategic purpose. You’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, researchers, and copywriters across our national and international teams and clients. You’ll explore how design plays a major role in transformation, and get to shape your internship experience around what you’re most curious about. ### What you’ll do - Participate in end-to-end brand design projects, from concept through execution, across digital formats - Producing highly creative content in line with brand guidelines, concepts, briefs, and deadlines - Translate brand strategy into captivating design experiences that reflect our project's needs and values - Produce high-quality visual assets for our clients, office events, and company-wide initiatives - Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all projects. ### Who you are and what you'll bring - +3 years of experience working with brand design preferably from an agency - A curious mind that can solve complex design problems by turning ideas into actual design solutions and experiences - Ability to lead projects from beginning to end - Autodidactic, Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize, and meet deadlines to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Have excellent English and communication skills, both verbal and written. ### Why join Manyone? - A truly global work environment with opportunities to collaborate across teams and cultures - A supportive and inspiring team that values innovation, adaptability, and creativity - Continuous learning and development opportunities to push your skills further.
