Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Handle IT and Non-IT hiring requirements
• Source and screen candidates
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage offer rollout and joining coordination
• Work on multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
