Job Description
Buckeye Global IT is hiring an experienced Workday QA Tester for a contract engagement based onsite in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Financials through structured testing across the full software delivery lifecycle. OPT candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing on Workday modules
- Test Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Financials functionality
- Validate EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) loads and Core Connector integrations
- Test Workday Business Processes (BP) configurations and workflows
- Design and execute Workday automation test scripts
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday QA/Testing experience
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or Financials
- Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing
- Knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, and Business Processes (BP)
- Experience with Workday Automation Testing
- Familiarity with JIRA or Azure DevOps and Agile methodology preferred
