Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday QA Tester to support functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across core Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Financials. This is an onsite contract role in Frisco, TX, open to OPT candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing on Workday modules
- Test Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Financials
- Validate EIB and Core Connector integrations
- Test Business Processes (BP) configurations
- Execute Workday automation testing
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Collaborate within an Agile team environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of Workday QA/Testing experience
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, or Financials
- Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Business Processes (BP)
- Experience with Workday Automation Testing
- JIRA or Azure DevOps experience preferred
- Agile methodology experience preferred
