This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that spans multiple projects and disciplines — from advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis to designing AI agents and building automated workflows. The ideal candidate is self-directed, intellectually curious, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and independent judgment is valued. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, adapts quickly across different types of projects, and consistently delivers with a high degree of professional autonomy. What You Will Work On AI Agents & Automated Workflows Design, build, and deploy AI agents and end-to-end automated workflows that eliminate manual, repetitive tasks across operations, finance, and solutions. RFP Analysis Tools Help design and build AI-assisted tools to extract, organize, and interpret key requirements from RFP documents — so we can scope and price solutions faster and more accurately. What We Are Looking For The most important qualities for this role Resourcefulness, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage your own work without constant direction. A generalist who gets things done beats a specialist who waits for instructions. • Proven hands-on experience building AI agents and automated workflows — not just using AI tools, but chaining them into systems that actually run on their own. • Comfortable working with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — including prompt engineering, API usage, and integrating models into practical business tools. • Strong Excel and Power BI skills — modeling, formulas, pivot tables. Comfort with data in any form matters more than the specific tool. • Strong research skills — able to find information, synthesize it quickly, and translate it into something actionable without being told exactly how. • Solid written English — clear and professional enough for internal reports and executive summaries. • Comfortable with ambiguity — not every task will come with a clear brief. You ask smart questions, make reasonable assumptions, and move forward. • 1–4 years of experience in any analytical, operations, or technical generalist role — degree matters far less than what you have actually built or solved.
