Rather than maintaining a single product, you'll have the opportunity to build a wide variety of solutions that improve the way people work every day. Working closely with operational teams, finance, maintenance, HR and business leaders, you'll turn ideas into practical technology that increases efficiency, reduces manual effort and solves real business problems. Projects you'll work on may include: - Internal web applications - Mobile applications - Python automation scripts - AI-powered assistants and workflows - Dashboards and reporting tools - Data integrations - Process automation - Small utilities that eliminate repetitive manual work No two weeks will look the same. One week you might build an AI assistant that helps maintenance planners, and the next you could develop a mobile inspection app or automate a finance workflow. This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of software development experience who enjoys variety, continuous learning and seeing the direct impact of their work.
