About the Role Join Accenture as an Application Developer – .NET and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of scalable business applications that support digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions, solve complex business challenges, and drive continuous improvement through modern software engineering practices. ### Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies and C# programming language. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions that align with current and future business needs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integration. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the adoption of development standards and best practices. - Support application enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and processes. - Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve application quality and efficiency. Job Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in .NET application development. - Advanced proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core and C# programming. - Experience developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization techniques. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment. - Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience working with RESTful APIs and integration technologies. - Exposure to cloud-based platforms and modern application development practices. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
