- Conduct discovery to understand prospects’ business challenges, and articulate how Pryzm provides value to different customers based on their role, industry, and technical aptitude.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly metrics.
- Be diligent around CRM hygiene so you, and other Pryzm teams, can use that data to analyze and report on pipeline health.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology sales development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to learn and articulate technical concepts related to defense, data, sales tooling, and AI infrastructure.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and multi-threaded account engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Coachable, curious, resilient, and motivated by a high-performance sales environment.
- Located in or willing to relocate to DC (Preferred) or Boston. This is a fully on-site position.
Benefits
