Role Description We are seeking a CCaaS-AWS Connect-Senior Engineer for a contract position, working on-site in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based contact center as a service (CCaaS) systems using AWS Connect. Daily responsibilities include software development, infrastructure management, implementing cloud solutions, database administration, and system optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of efficient and secure cloud environments while identifying opportunities for system improvements. Qualifications - Experience with Agile development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery, including working knowledge of various tools in the CI/CD pipeline.
