Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy conversational interfaces (chatbots) that provide exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop conversational interfaces (chatbots) using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques. 2. Develop and deploy chatbots on various platforms, such as Dialogflow, Botpress, or ManyChat. 3. Integrate chatbots with various data sources, APIs, and third-party services. 4. Test and debug chatbots to ensure they are functioning correctly and providing the desired user experience. 5. Maintain and update chatbots to ensure they remain relevant and effective. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and business stakeholders. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, ML, and chatbot development. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in chatbot development, NLP, or ML. 3. Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby. 4. Experience with chatbot platforms, NLP libraries, and ML frameworks. 5. Certifications in chatbot development, NLP, or ML are a plus.
