(https://ess.honeywell.com/us/en/solutions/lng/liquefaction) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Apply engineering expertise to design and implement world-class natural gas liquefaction processes and equipment. - Perform advanced process cycle simulations for natural gas liquefaction and related systems. - Complete detailed thermal design of proprietary heat transfer equipment (coil wound heat exchanger) manufactured by Honeywell LNG. - Conduct relief and depressuring scenario analyses for proprietary equipment using established tools and methodologies. - Support plant operations through startup, performance testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including commercial, project management, mechanical design, manufacturing, machinery, R&D and start-up—to ensure seamless project execution, and drive product development and improvement. - Participate in P&ID reviews and HAZOPs at contractor offices to ensure safety and design integrity. - Domestic and international travel to clients’ offices, contractors, and plant sites expected about 10-15 percent of the time. ### Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from an accredited institution. - 2+ years of experience in chemical engineering. - 1+ years of experience with process simulation software. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
