Job Description

ChicMic Studios is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our growing team in Mohali. As a Technology Partner, we help convert ideas into reality and solve technology challenges for businesses worldwide. You will work on exciting and challenging projects across industries including healthcare, finance, retail, and education, leveraging your expertise in data science and machine learning to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and business intelligence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product managers
Build predictive and statistical models to support decision-making
Evaluate and improve existing ML models for performance and accuracy
Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with latest trends in data science and AI/ML technologies

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in Data Science or related field
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
Experience with data processing frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Spark
Familiarity with ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
