We have a great opportunity for an experienced Client Accountant to join our Client Accounting Team in the Isle of Man. What You'll Do - You'll prepare statutory financial statements and quarterly management accounts in line with applicable accounting standards and strict reporting deadlines - You'll ensure full compliance with service standards, company policies, and established procedures. - You'll support the accounts team with ad‑hoc projects and assist Client Administrators on accounting and taxation matters - You'll liaise effectively with auditors, property managers, and tax advisors as required - You'll apply sound judgment to identify, escalate, and report significant issues to senior management What we offer - Base Salary: Competitive pay based on role, qualifications, experience, and market standards - Annual Bonus: Performance-based discretionary bonus paid annually - Referral Rewards: Bonus for employees who successfully refer candidates - Pension Contributions: Employer contributes 7%–12% of basic salary depending on level - Insurance Benefits: Medical, dental, life assurance, and income protection coverage - Additional Benefits: Paid leave, hybrid working, wellness programs, and recognition schemes ## Qualifications - You have strong technical knowledge of current accounting standards, AML requirements, and relevant regulations, with experience preparing accounts for various corporate structures - You have the ability to work independently, proactively manage your workload, and consistently meet strict reporting deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail - You have proven skills in identifying, resolving, and implementing practical solutions to client issues using a pragmatic and decisive approach - You have clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging and interacting with stakeholders - You have a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) or are qualified by experience, with additional knowledge of commercial property accounting and familiarity with systems such as 5Series, Caseware, Sage, Word, and Excel ## Additional Information OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT Sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
