Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Perl and Perl scripting
• Write and optimize SQL queries against relational databases
• Build and support backend processing pipelines
• Work within Unix/Linux environments using shell scripting
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues
• Manage code using Git version control

Requirements

• 5-6 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Perl and Perl scripting
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Solid Unix/Linux and shell scripting skills
• Experience with backend processing systems
• Good understanding of SDLC practices
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Git version control
