Job Description

Clock Edge Technologies (via its Resource Augmentation practice) is hiring an experienced .NET Full Stack Lead Developer for a client-facing contingent engagement in Bangalore. The role calls for a hands-on technical lead who can drive full-stack delivery, mentor engineers, and bring modern architecture practices including event streaming and applied Generative AI to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-stack .NET development across backend services and React front-end applications
  • Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
  • Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Integrate Generative AI capabilities into product features
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of overall software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in .NET full-stack development
  • Proficiency with React for front-end development
  • Experience with Kafka for event streaming
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and integration
  • Proven experience leading development teams
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Must be a local candidate based in Bangalore
