### **Cloud Engineer – Senior Cloud Program Manager** ### **Location:** Remote – USA **Company Overview** Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned global staffing and IT recruiting firm connecting top technical talent with leading enterprise clients across the United States and Canada. **Project Description** Our client, a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Cloud Program Manager to lead large-scale multi-cloud transformation initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments. The role is responsible for program governance, stakeholder management, cloud migration strategy, FinOps optimization, risk management, and delivery oversight for enterprise cloud modernization programs. The candidate will work closely with cloud architects, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful execution of cloud strategies aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end cloud transformation and migration programs across Azure, AWS, and GCP - Establish and maintain program governance, KPIs, SLAs, risk registers, and executive reporting - Manage program budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and FinOps optimization initiatives - Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders - Conduct steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications - Drive cloud adoption, modernization, security, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives - Oversee cloud architecture delivery, migration roadmaps, and implementation milestones - Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and escalation items - Ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance frameworks **Mandatory Skills** - Strong experience leading enterprise-scale cloud programs and multi-cloud initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP - Proven expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk mitigation, and KPI/SLA management - Experience managing cross-functional global teams and driving executive-level communications - Hands-on understanding of cloud architecture, migrations, security, compliance, and FinOps best practices - Experience with Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks - PMP certification preferred **Nice-to-Have Skills** - Experience with Azure Landing Zones and Infrastructure as Code tools — Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation - Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD platforms — Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins - Knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks — NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2 - Exposure to Kubernetes/AKS, Azure AI services, enterprise networking, and Well-Architected Framework reviews - Background in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
