Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions aligning with Salesforce best practices
- Provide solutions meeting and exceeding customer requirements based on user analysis
- Define design and architecture incorporating AI and headless architectures
- Deliver customer requirements within agreed timelines and adhere to SLAs
- Prepare functional designs, perform configurations, test, and lead deployment
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Salesforce AI solutions and autonomous agents using Agentforce
- Experience with Salesforce Headless APIs for composable architectures and custom frontends
- Deep experience in APEX, Integrations, Customizations, Lightning UI Aura, and LWC development
- Experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Minimum of 5 SFDC Certifications (Development/Architecture preferred)
