Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9.0, MVC, and Entity Framework
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs across front-end and back-end systems
• Work with geospatial data types in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle/Oracle Spatial, and PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases
• Implement web-based geospatial visualization and map library integrations
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Apply software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices across projects
• Support DevOps practices and continuous integration/delivery pipelines
• Manage application lifecycle using Azure DevOps and GitHub extensions
• Maintain version control and release management using Git and GitHub
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, GIS, or related field (Master's a plus)
• 8+ years of experience as a full stack .NET Developer with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, .NET 9.0, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and Azure
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration
• Demonstrated experience with geospatial data in SQL Server, Oracle/Oracle Spatial, and PostgreSQL/PostGIS
• Familiarity with web-based geospatial visualization and map library integrations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within scope
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, Azure DevOps, and GitHub extensions
• Experience with Git/GitHub version control and release management
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Microsoft Azure certifications a plus
