Job Description

CloudStakes Technology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Technical Support Engineer to deliver high-quality L1/L2/L3 support services for enterprise clients across global markets. You will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and cloud services, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Provide timely L1/L2/L3 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, OS, software applications, and network connectivity
Escalate complex issues to appropriate engineering teams with thorough documentation
Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and workarounds in the ITSM tool
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours critical incident support
Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation
Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting user training sessions

Requirements

5–10+ years of experience in IT technical support or helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Experience with networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, JIRA Service Management)
Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
Experience supporting cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
