Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI and generative AI solutions
• Lead prompt engineering strategy, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate LLMs into enterprise applications
• Define AI architecture patterns, evaluation pipelines, and guardrails
• Prototype and validate AI use cases across client engagements
• Mentor junior AI engineers and prompt engineers
• Stay current with advances in foundation models, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture or related fields
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.)
• Deep experience in prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, RAG, and agent frameworks
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace)
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI)
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts for stakeholders
• Willingness to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
