Job Description
CloudSufi is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – Engineering for an onsite C2C engagement at their Sunnyvale, CA location. The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction across complex technology initiatives. CloudSufi is a fast-growing AI, data engineering, and advanced analytics firm committed to eliminating the gap between human intuition and data-backed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of engineering projects and programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Define delivery frameworks, governance models, and project milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate blockers proactively
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Program Manager in engineering/technology
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional engineering teams
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
- Willingness to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
