Job Description

CloudSufi is seeking a Lead Flutter Developer for an onsite C2C role in Guadalajara, Mexico. The candidate will lead the design and development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, driving technical standards and mentoring the development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Flutter application development for iOS and Android platforms
  • Architect scalable and maintainable mobile application structures
  • Define and enforce mobile development best practices and coding standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level Flutter developers
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and offline capabilities
  • Integrate with REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter
  • Strong proficiency in Dart programming language
  • Experience with state management solutions (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and Firebase
  • Prior experience leading a mobile development team preferred
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willingness to work onsite in Guadalajara, Mexico
