Job Description

CloudSufi is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect for an onsite C2C engagement in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing ServiceNow platform architectures that address complex enterprise ITSM, ITOM, and workflow automation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead ServiceNow platform design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom applications
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions
  • Define integration approaches with enterprise systems using REST APIs, MID servers, and integration hub
  • Provide technical oversight to development teams and enforce platform best practices
  • Lead platform upgrades, performance tuning, and governance reviews
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to align ServiceNow roadmap with business strategy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
  • Strong hands-on skills in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and REST integrations
  • Experience across multiple ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HR, CSM)
  • Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Willingness to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
