Job Description
CloudSufi is hiring a Workday Techno-Functional Implementation Consultant for an onsite C2C role in Sunnyvale, CA. This role bridges the gap between business requirements and technical Workday configuration, supporting full-cycle HCM, Financials, or related Workday module implementations for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll module implementations
- Gather and document functional requirements and translate them into Workday configurations
- Configure Workday business processes, condition rules, security roles, and calculated fields
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PECI
- Perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT support
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and production support
Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday implementation experience (HCM, Financials, or Payroll)
- Workday Pro certification in at least one functional area preferred
- Strong understanding of HR, Finance, or Payroll business processes
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Report Writer
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
