Job Description

Compunnel is hiring an experienced Senior Software Developer / Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role based in Texas. The successful candidate will bring deep full stack expertise across Java, Python, and JavaScript, building and maintaining REST APIs and web services, working with Oracle PL/SQL, and developing on .NET/ASP.NET or J2EE stacks. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across the SDLC using Agile/Scrum practices, along with architecture and design responsibilities for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications
Build and integrate REST APIs and web services
Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL database logic
Work across .NET/ASP.NET or J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC) stacks
Participate in architecture and design discussions
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the SDLC using Agile/Scrum
Support inspection and materials management system functionality where applicable

Requirements

8+ years of software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript
Experience with REST APIs and web services
Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL
Experience with .NET/ASP.NET or J2EE (Servlets, JSP, JDBC)
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with architecture and design
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Must be local to Texas with a valid local Driver's License
Experience with Inspection & Materials Management System (IMMS) preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API preferred
Windows application development experience preferred
