Key Responsibilities

• Manage SSL/TLS certificate issuance, renewal, and lifecycle
• Administer public and private PKI including Microsoft ADCS
• Operate and support Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
• Configure and troubleshoot Apache, NGINX, and IIS web servers for certificate deployment
• Support PKI and certificate operations within Kubernetes and Docker environments
• Assist with certificate automation across CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows
• Provide technical troubleshooting and customer support for PKI-related issues

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Computer Engineering
• 2-5 years of experience in PKI, certificate management, or technical support
• Hands-on experience with SSL/TLS and Microsoft ADCS
• Experience with Apache, NGINX, and IIS
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, and automation tools
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Experience with Venafi, AppViewX, or similar CLM platforms preferred
• Exposure to HSMs and DevOps/enterprise security environments preferred
