Job Description

Hill International is looking to hire a Contracts Engineer to provide administrative and commercial support for Professional Services Contracts, ensuring efficient and compliant contract management. This role involves a range of tasks, from invoice management and time sheet reconciliation to purchase order administration and contract tracking. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, including Commercial, Finance, and Procurement, to maintain commercial compliance and support budget controls. ### Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to Contract Managers for Professional Services Contracts. - Review, validate, and process consultant and PMC invoices, ensuring compliance with contracts. - Reconcile invoices with PMC timesheets, attendance records, and contract rates. - Coordinate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and support PO creation and amendments. - Maintain contract registers, trackers, and reports, monitoring values and expenditures. - Support contract variations, amendments, and change requests. - Ensure timely invoice approvals and payments with Finance and Procurement teams. - Maintain accurate records of commercial correspondence and contract documentation. - Assist with monthly financial reconciliation and reporting, including budget monitoring. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for contract administration processes. ### Qualifications - 7 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or related fields. - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a relevant discipline. - Experience in Professional Services Contracts within infrastructure or construction projects. - Working knowledge of procurement, finance, and contract management processes. - Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Understanding of commercial governance and compliance requirements. - Experience in managing multiple contracts and priorities. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
