As a Contracts Engineer, you play a vital role in the effective management and execution of contracts within our dynamic organization. Your responsibilities encompass preparation of Construction Contract, various aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, minimizing risks, and fostering positive relationships with clients and subcontractors. ### Responsibilities - Oversee the administration of contracts (Main Contracts and Subcontracts), ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and project requirements. - Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of contract documents during the tender stage, identifying potential risks and proposing advice to avoid/ reduce the risks to safeguard company’s interests. - Lead the negotiation with respect to changes to subcontracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and risk mitigation. - Identify potential risks associated with contractual agreements and implement strategies to mitigate risks effectively. - Assist site in preparation of all contractual letters and correspondences in line with the contract documents. - Prepare and maintain up-to-date contract documents, coordinating with legal and other departments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. - Cultivate strong relationships with subcontractors, and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and positive working environment - Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, and assist in resolving conflicts and disputes. - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contracts department. - Timely completion of the allocated tasks. ### Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. ### About the Company At Intermass, we don’t just build structures; we shape experiences, communities, and a future rooted in innovation and integrity.
