We are looking for a talented Controls Engineer - Senior to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Columbus, IN. Education, Licenses, Certifications: - College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required. - This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: - Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. ### Qualifications Additional Information: - Lead the procurement, build & installation of controls related projects - Daily production support for machine controls and electrical related issues. Collaborate with Maintenance to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to ensure machine availability. - Lead process improvement projects. - Technical support for part tracking / traceability requirements. Collaborate with I.T. to implement and maintain process. - Engineering support for advanced technology (i.e. Cobots, AMR, SIM models, etc.) - Lead engineer maintaining Production Information Management System - Develop and maintain Power Bi system to monitor machine performance.
