We're looking for a detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our financial operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data. What You'll Do
- Manage Accounts Receivable activities and support daily cash management.
- Prepare cash balance reports and assist with timely deposits.
- Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Analyze financial data and investigate account variances.
- Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests.
- Help maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to support business objectives.
- Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of accounting experience.
- A basic understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and learning new systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in your accounting career.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
- Familiarity with BI360 and/or Power BI.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- A motivated, team-oriented professional with a desire to grow their accounting career.
