Job Description: MMR is seeking Cost Engineer candidates to manage project cost control processes, including labor productivity tracking, earned value analysis, forecasts, pay applications, invoice audits, and cost reporting to provide accurate financial insight to project leadership. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following: - Track labor productivity and budget performance - Maintain cost reports and forecasts - Perform earned value and variance analysis - Support change order pricing and estimates - Monitor quantities and commodity usage - Provide financial insights to project leadership - Build and maintain account receivable and payable reports - Create and submit monthly pay applications - Perform labor, equipment, and material invoice audits - Maintain material sales tax logs - Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.
