Job Description
Cubix is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer at an Architect level to join its growing team. This hands-on role is responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications across multiple technologies, making key technical decisions, ensuring best coding practices, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead development of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications
- Make key technical and architectural decisions across projects
- Ensure best coding practices are followed across the team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products
- Lead and mentor development team members
- Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of full stack development experience at a Senior or Architect level
- Strong expertise in frontend technologies including React.js and Next.js
- Strong expertise in backend technologies including Node.js, Laravel and PHP
- Experience with mobile app development using React Native
- Proficiency in database management - MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and API design
- Experience leading or mentoring a development team
- Ability to make independent technical decisions and own project architecture
- Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders
