Job Description

Cubix is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer at an Architect level to join its growing team. This hands-on role is responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications across multiple technologies, making key technical decisions, ensuring best coding practices, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead development of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications
  • Make key technical and architectural decisions across projects
  • Ensure best coding practices are followed across the team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products
  • Lead and mentor development team members
  • Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full stack development experience at a Senior or Architect level
  • Strong expertise in frontend technologies including React.js and Next.js
  • Strong expertise in backend technologies including Node.js, Laravel and PHP
  • Experience with mobile app development using React Native
  • Proficiency in database management - MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices and API design
  • Experience leading or mentoring a development team
  • Ability to make independent technical decisions and own project architecture
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders
