Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Develop and implement scalable and efficient Java-based applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are maintained. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and enhance user experience. - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
