The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in OnBase development, configuration, and administration, along with solid programming knowledge in C# and SQL Server. Experience working in healthcare domain implementations and OnBase upgrades will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions using OnBase by Hyland. Develop and support OnBase integrations using C# (.NET) and APIs. Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for OnBase solutions. Create and maintain OnBase custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using OnBase reporting tools and SQL Server. Work with Application Enabler, Unity APIs, and integrations with external systems. Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues. Develop and maintain OnBase WorkView applications. Participate in OnBase upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements. Perform OnBase administration tasks including configuration, user management, and performance monitoring. Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Participate in development, testing, and deployment of OnBase solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in OnBase development and administration. Strong hands-on experience with OnBase modules and configuration. Strong programming skills in C# / .NET. Excellent knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning). Experience with OnBase APIs, integrations, and custom development. Hands-on experience in WorkView and Advance Capture. Good troubleshooting and debugging skills. Preferred / Add-On Skills Experience in the Healthcare domain (HIPAA-compliant environments) Hands-on experience with HL7 imports, FHIR and healthcare integrations Experience with mailbox-based importing and document ingestion automation OnBase Certifications (Administrator and/or Workflow preferred) Experience integrating OnBase with EMR/EHR or other healthcare systems Experience working with enterprise application integrations.
