Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming frameworks. - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques. - Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
