Roles & Responsibilities: - Own the overall quality of the crews' products focused on products capability, transaction reporting capability including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes -Partner closely with various POD leads, aligned businesses and control functions within crew and across streams and divisions -ensure consistency, high quality and a focus on efficiencies in our business deliverables within the crew and to our end users - Ensure FXD remains in compliant with ever changing regulatory regulations rewrites -Help formulate FX Derivatives products long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and OKRs -Design and implement the front office business requirements -Own the overall quality of the crews' products focused on products capability, transaction reporting capability including their operational health, client and internal user satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes -Partner closely with various POD leads, aligned businesses and control functions within crew and across streams and divisions -ensure consistency, high quality and a focus on efficiencies in our business deliverables within the crew and to our end users -Ensure FXD remains in compliant with ever changing regulatory regulations rewrites Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications. - Experience in designing scalable software architectures that support evolving business demands. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across multiple projects. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
