Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software - Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements & solutions - Write well designed & high-quality testable code - Integrate software components into fully functional platform - Apply pro-actively & perform hands-on design and implementation of best practice CI/CD - Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures - Document and maintain software functionality - Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems - Deploy programs and evaluate customer feedback - Comply with project plans, industry standards and regulatory requirements - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to improve software development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Must Have: - 10+ years Technology experience in JAVA, Spring and Cloud - Experience on Software Delivery technical skills such as CI/CD, Automated Deployments, Automated Testing, Build Servers, Software / Source Code Configuration Management. - Experience on Platform automation tools (DB Management, AWS, Jenkins, GITHUB) - Experience in Workflow tools such as JIRA / Rally - Hands on experience with Kafka - Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices architectures. - Expertise in performance tuning and optimization of backend services. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and deployment automation. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Gurugram Client office.
