Job Description

Cynet is hiring a hands-on Gen AI Technical Lead to architect, scale, and deploy next-generation AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for an onsite team based in Dehradun or Karnal. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to build cutting-edge AI outside the big-city environment while driving the company's MLOps and LLM strategy from prototype through high-availability production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers
  • Architect and scale GenAI and LLM-based solutions
  • Move models from prototype to high-availability production
  • Drive MLOps strategy and best practices
  • Define and own the organization's LLM orchestration strategy

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python
  • Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
  • Experience with Cloud AI platforms
  • Experience with LLM orchestration and deployment
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring an engineering team
