Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Analyst II (SQL Developer) based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to transform complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that improve decision-making and operational performance. You will work at the intersection of analytics, technology, and healthcare innovation to support better patient outcomes. The position requires strong SQL expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to uncover trends from multiple data sources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on analyst who enjoys solving problems and building data-driven solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening reporting capabilities and enabling smarter business decisions in a fast-moving environment. ### Accountabilities: As a Data Analyst II (SQL Developer), you will analyze, structure, and interpret healthcare and operational data to deliver actionable insights. You will combine technical data skills with business understanding to improve reporting, optimize workflows, and support strategic initiatives. - Gather, clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources while maintaining accuracy and data integrity. - Use SQL extensively to transform, analyze, and structure datasets for reporting and business insights. - Apply analytical techniques using tools such as Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, charts, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. - Proactively identify opportunities, gaps, and trends through independent analysis rather than only responding to requests. - Collaborate with teams across operations, finance, customer success, and other business functions to understand data needs. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business initiatives and operational effectiveness. - Recommend improvements to data collection, reporting processes, and analytical workflows. - Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations that support business and healthcare outcomes. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is a technically skilled and curious analyst who enjoys working with complex datasets and using SQL as a core development tool. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with stakeholders, and communicating insights clearly. - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role. - Advanced hands-on SQL skills with experience cleaning, transforming, and structuring data. - Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. - Experience working with multiple data sources and interpreting complex datasets. - Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Experience with Zoho Analytics, healthcare data, or startup environments is preferred. ## Benefits: - Fully remote work environment. - Opportunity to contribute to healthcare technology and digital care innovation. - Collaborative culture with autonomy and ownership opportunities. - Ability to work on impactful data projects supporting patient care and business growth. - Exposure to cross-functional teams and diverse analytical challenges. - Professional growth opportunities within a fast-moving organization.
