Roles & Responsibilities: -Requirements management – helping business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a use-case and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. - Assisting in requirements gathering, analysis, testing of incoming user requests, including effectively documenting and articulating tactical and strategic requirements to management, business stakeholders, and developers for developing solutions. -Producing business process diagrams, process maps, system diagrams, logical data models, business requirements, gap analysis, report specifications and other docu mentation as required for use-case analysis, planning and design. - Identifying problems and writing improved procedures. - Other one-time tasks assigned by Manager. Professional & Technical Skills: At least 3-5 years hands-on experience as a business analyst, gathering/defining business requirements and re-engineering business processes. - Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills in English. Outstanding interviewing, listening and negotiation skills are required. -Understanding of systems engineering concepts. - The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis. - Business case development. -Modeling techniques and methods. -Experience in facilitating discussions, leading focus groups with various levels of end-users, including senior management. - Time management and organizational skills. - Problem-solving skills, innovative and creative approach. - Strong customer orientation. - Structured and methodical way of working and professional appearance.
